Product features: Water based hot melt adhesive is developed using imported raw materials and special processes. Water based environmental protection, forming a hot melt adhesive film after drying, tough, water-resistant, solvent resistant, non yellowing, low thermal bonding temperature, excellent thermal bonding strength.
Product application: Used for hot melt bonding between basic materials such as PVC, PET, PC, aluminum foil, leather, cotton cloth, wood, paper products, etc.
Water based hot melt adhesive
Instructions for use: Coating method: can be sprayed or screen printed. The coating layer must be completely dry before hot pressing bonding can be carried out. Dilute with water, rinse the tool immediately with water after coating, and scrub the remaining dry glue with alcohol organic solvents. Filter the used glue through a sieve and set it aside for later use.
Product storage: Store in a sealed environment at 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
Product packaging: plastic bucket.
