Product Features
Metal based water-based hot melt adhesive is developed using imported raw materials and special processes. Water based environmental protection, forming a hot melt adhesive film after drying, tough, water-resistant, solvent resistant, non yellowing, low thermal bonding temperature, excellent thermal bonding strength.
Product application:
Used for high-strength hot melt bonding between basic materials such as PVC, PET, PC, plastic, aluminum foil, metal, trademarks, signs, leather, cotton cloth, wood, paper products, etc.
Instructions for Use:
Adhesive coating method: can be sprayed or screen printed, and the adhesive layer must be completely dry before hot pressing bonding can be carried out. Dilute with a small amount of water, rinse the tool immediately with water after coating, and scrub the remaining dry glue with alcohol organic solvents. Filter the used glue through a sieve and set it aside for later use.
Product storage: Store in a sealed environment at 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
Product packaging: plastic bucket.
