Removable adhesive for sealing labels
Product characteristics: NL180 is a cross-linked acrylic lotion. Volatile water forms a pressure sensitive adhesive, commonly known as self-adhesive adhesive. Colloids have high cohesive strength, can withstand high temperatures of 150 degrees Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method), suitable pressure-sensitive adhesive strength of 8N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel strength test method), and have characteristics of peelability, repeated adhesion, and no residue.
Product application: Used for producing PVC removable adhesive, protective film, medical, bulletin board and other removable labels.
Instructions for using removable adhesive for sealing labels: This adhesive can be applied in two ways: machine mesh roller coating; Screen machine screen layout adhesive coating.
1.After the machine is coated with glue, it needs to be dried at 55 ℃ -70 ℃; The wire mesh adhesive needs to be placed on a thousand layer rack and dried for 1-1.5 hours. After confirmation of drying, the paper can be sorted and stacked into the thickness you need. Then, it can be cut into different specifications of products. If the adhesive is not dried and sorted and stacked immediately, it will cause colloidal transfer; When cutting finished products, it is required to adjust the pressure of the paper cutter pressure. If the pressure is too high, it will cause damage to the colloid, and when peeling off the paper, it is easy to tear the paper underneath.
2. The diluent for the adhesive can be ordinary tap water. After use, the mesh rollers and screens only need to be rinsed clean with water before being placed for the next use.
3. Before using the adhesive, stir the adhesive solution evenly to prevent uneven distribution of adhesive molecules during the coating process, which may cause unstable product quality.
4. The remaining adhesive solution after use needs to be filtered through a 30-40 mesh sieve to be retained for one use.
5. Machine based adhesive coating, with a mesh roller and wire mesh of around 90-100 mesh, and a wire mesh coating of around 150-250 mesh. The number of machine rollers or the mesh size of manual wire mesh has a direct impact on the adhesive strength of the product.
During the coating process, some of the moisture in the adhesive is absorbed by the paper, and the adhesive solution will gradually thicken. In this case, an appropriate amount of water can be added for dilution, but a large amount of water cannot be used. Diluting with excessive water will cause a decrease in viscosity and damage the function of the thickener in the adhesive solution (the thickener plays a role in lubricating and preventing the aggregation of colloids in the adhesive solution). In severe cases, the adhesive solution will fuse into a slag like state and cannot be used.
Instructions for use: There are two ways to apply glue: roller screen printing and screen printing. The diluent is pure water. After use, rinse the tool with tap water. Wipe the remaining dry glue with organic solvent. Filter the used glue with a sieve for later use. The drying temperature is less than 70 ° C.
Product storage: Sealed and stored in an environment of 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
