Product characteristics: NL180 is a cross-linked acrylic lotion with a solid content of 60%, and the volatile water becomes a pressure sensitive adhesive. Colloids have high cohesion, resistance to high temperatures of 150 degrees Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method), low pressure-sensitive adhesive strength of 8N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel strength test method), and can be peeled off, moved repeatedly, and never residue (150 degrees Celsius for 100 hours).
Product application: Protective film removable adhesive is used in the production of PVC removable backing adhesive, protective film, medical, notice stickers and other removable labels.
Instructions for use: There are two ways to apply glue: screen roller printing and screen printing. Use pure water as the diluent, rinse the tool with tap water after use, and scrub the remaining dry glue with organic solvents. The drying temperature is less than 70 ° C.
Product storage: Sealed and stored in an environment of 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
