Peelable and removable adhesive
Product characteristics: NL180 is a special type of acrylic lotion with a solid content of 60%. The volatile water becomes a pressure sensitive adhesive, commonly known as self-adhesive adhesive. Colloids have high cohesion and can withstand high temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method), with a suitable pressure-sensitive adhesive force of 8N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel strength test method). They are peelable, movable, and can be repeatedly adhered, and have the characteristic of never leaving adhesive (150 degrees Celsius for 100 hours).
Product application: Used for producing PVC removable adhesive, protective film, medical, bulletin board and other removable labels.
Instructions for use: There are two ways to apply glue: roller screen printing and screen printing. The diluent is pure water. After use, rinse the tool with tap water. Wipe the remaining dry glue with organic solvent. Filter the used glue with a sieve for later use. The drying temperature is less than 70 ° C.
Product storage: Sealed and stored in an environment of 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
