Repeatedly paste removable glue
Product features: The reusable removable adhesive is a special type of acrylic emulsion with a solid content of 60%. When the water evaporates, it becomes a pressure-sensitive adhesive, commonly known as self-adhesive. This adhesive has high cohesion and can withstand a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius (according to the Tesa heat resistance test method). It has a suitable pressure-sensitive adhesion force of 8N/25mm (according to the Tesa 90° peel force test method), and features re-attachment, removable, and non-stickiness (100 hours at 150 degrees Celsius).
Product application: Removable label custom adhesive is used for manufacturing protective films, medical products, notice stickers and other removable labels.
Usage instructions: There are two methods for applying the glue: web roller method and screen printing. The diluent is pure water. After using the tools, rinse them with tap water. Use organic solvents to wipe off the remaining dry glue. Filter the used glue through a sieve for future reuse. The drying temperature should be less than 70°C.
Product storage: Store in an airtight manner in an environment ranging from 5 to 25 degrees Celsius. Protect from freezing and avoid direct sunlight. The storage period is 6 months.
