Water-based adhesive for printing
Product characteristics: NL160 is a special acrylic lotion with 65% nonvolatile content, and the volatile water becomes a pressure sensitive adhesive. Colloids have excellent anti peel adhesive strength and retention force of 18N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel force test method), suitable for long-term temperature resistance of 80 ° C (tesa heat resistance test method), thus avoiding phenomena such as thermal deformation of the adhered material. Can replace imported sp-7533 printing adhesive. Due to its suitable thixotropy, it can ensure clear printed images while also having uniform distribution.
Product applications: Electrical panels, film switches, and printed adhesive for identification signs. Due to its high adhesive strength, glue can replace double-sided tape (it is recommended to use hollow board printing). Yellowing resistant, a pressure-sensitive adhesive used for pasting labels and other objects for various purposes such as packaging, labeling, office, etc., using paper, metal, plastic, and other basic materials.
Instructions for use: It is recommended to use 80-100 mesh polyester mesh for the mesh board, and use it directly without adding any diluent. After printing, rinse the tool with tap water and scrub the remaining dry glue with organic solvents at a drying temperature of less than 70 ℃.
Product storage: Sealed and stored in an environment of 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
