Product characteristics: NL168 is a special acrylic lotion, with 55% nonvolatile content, and the volatile water becomes a self-adhesive. Colloids have excellent long-term temperature resistance of 150 ° C - Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method) and a suitable pressure-sensitive adhesive force of 13N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel strength test method), which can avoid phenomena such as thermal warping and shrinkage of the adhered material. Can replace imported 7533 water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Due to its suitable thixotropy, it can ensure clear printed images while also having uniform distribution.
Product application: Used in harsh environments for electrical panels, film surface printing, silk printing, identification labels, nameplates, and adhesive backing. Silk printing label and nameplate adhesive, used for pasting materials such as paper, plastic, etc. for packaging, identification, labeling, etc.
Instructions for use: It is recommended to use 80-100 mesh polyester mesh for the mesh board, and use it directly without adding any diluent. After printing, immediately rinse the tool with tap water, and scrub the remaining dry glue with organic solvents such as screen wash water. The drying temperature should be less than 80 ℃.
Product storage: Store in a sealed environment at 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months.
