Product characteristics: NL168 is a special acrylic lotion with 55% nonvolatile content. Volatile water is used as pressure sensitive adhesive, commonly known as self-adhesive adhesive. Colloids have excellent long-term temperature resistance of 150 ° C - Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method) and a suitable pressure-sensitive adhesive force of 13N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel strength test method), which can avoid phenomena such as thermal warping and shrinkage of the adhered material. Can replace imported sp-7533 water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Due to its suitable thixotropy, it can ensure clear printed images while also having uniform distribution.
Product application: Printed adhesive for electrical panels and film switches in harsh environments, as well as adhesive for silk printed identification labels and nameplates. Used for pasting packaging, labeling, labels, and other materials based on paper, aluminum foil, plastic, and other basic materials.
Instructions for use: It is recommended to use 80-100 mesh polyester mesh for the screen board, and use it directly without adding any diluent. Filter the used glue through a sieve for later use. After printing, rinse immediately with tap water. After the residual glue dries, scrub with organic solvents such as screen washing water. Drying temperature: less than 70 ℃.
Product storage: Store in a sealed environment at 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 12 months.
