Screen printing adhesive for nameplates and signs
Product characteristics: NL160 is a special acrylic lotion with 65% nonvolatile content. Volatile water forms a pressure sensitive adhesive, commonly known as self-adhesive adhesive. Colloids have excellent anti peel adhesive strength and retention force of 18N/25mm (tesa 90 ° peel force test method), suitable temperature resistance performance of 80 ° C - Celsius (tesa heat resistance test method), thus avoiding phenomena such as thermal deformation of the adhered material. Can replace imported sp-7533 water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Due to its suitable thixotropy, it can ensure clear printed images while also having uniform distribution.
Product applications: Electrical panels, film switches, and printed adhesive for identification signs. Due to its high adhesive strength, glue can replace double-sided tape (it is recommended to use hollow board printing). A pressure-sensitive adhesive used for pasting labels and other objects for various purposes, such as packaging, labeling, office, and home, using paper, metal plates, and other basic materials.
Instructions for use: It is recommended to use 80-100 mesh polyester mesh for the mesh board, and use it directly without adding any diluent. After printing is completed, immediately rinse the tool with tap water, and scrub the residual glue with organic solvents such as screen washing water. The drying temperature should be less than 70 ℃.
Product storage: Store in a sealed environment at 5-25 ℃, protected from freezing and sun exposure, with a storage period of 6 months. Product packaging: plastic bucket.
